WHAT WE DO


RubberSet specialise in the installation of rubber softfall treatments, offering many different options throughout its product range, enabling you to have a varied choice of colours and material types to suit your requirements and intended use. Rubberset products can be used, but are not limited to child care centres, playgrounds, indoor play areas, and around swimming pools.

We also have available many 3-dimensional animals and shapes, that will further enhance and add great features to any playground or play area. These items all have a low fall height and have great impact absorbing capabilities.

All RubberSet installations are in accordance with ASNZS 4422:1996 and ASNZS.1:1997 which are the current required standards for all Rubber Wet Pour installations.

RubberSet provides a 3 year warranty on all of its installations against fair wear and tear and workmanship, and provides compliance certification upon job completion.

RubberSet can take care of all aspects on any project, from design and procurement to the installation process.

All installations require preparation from basic to more substantial depending on the existing surface. Rubber products can be laid onto concrete, asphalt, paving (if suitable), and similar compacted surfaces. Other existing surfaces such as turf, sand, mulch, and soil will need to be removed, then a compacted base layer installed in accordance with final intended use. Often in a playground situation the compacted base layer may need to be at various different heights, for example when base preparation requires different critical fall heights depending on the individual characteristics of play equipment.
